This subject is basically included in the Repair section and I can only repeat that any fault with a computer can be traced and rectified. A word of caution here however – computers more than say five years old may develop faults that to rectify may prove more costly than the purchase of a new computer. Generally I am able to advise on this matter and discuss with you the alternatives based on cost implications.
